Gatto Rivera worked with Antica Estate and Marchese Piero Antinori to evolve the labels for Townsend and A26 Vineyards. Various iconography related to the family’s noble heritage was explored, ultimately landing on the double diamond crown mark for its direct representation of the Antinori name. The “Townsend” and “A26” vineyard designate was made hierarchically dominant. Marchese Piero Antinori’s signature was placed at a life-size scale over the Antica Estate brandmark to communicate the handcrafted nature of this luxury wine. Gold foil embellishments and a rich cotton paper add dimension to this premium package.
