Mayacamas

Mayacamas Vineyards, renowned for its high-elevation vineyards and low-intervention winemaking, sought to develop a cohesive suite of marketing collateral for its Downtown Napa tasting room and high-end retail boutique. Gatto Rivera delved into Mayacamas’ extensive archives to craft materials that honor the winery’s storied history while enhancing the visitor experience.

The iconic “M” logo and coordinating red 1950s-era typography were utilized throughout the collateral as unifying visual elements. Striking photography of the breathtaking vineyard and a generations-old cask illustrated the winery’s connection to place and tradition. Practicality was woven into the design with clipboards used for organizing and distributing materials in the limited-surface environment. These clipboards featured a screen-printed map of the winery on the reverse, serving as a visual aid for tasting room associates educating visitors about the wines’ origins. The master menu of wines was elegantly presented in a blind debossed leather menu, reinforcing the brand’s premium positioning.
