Good Pantry
Gatto Rivera partnered with wife-and-husband team Kelly and Ryan Stetins to develop the brand identity for Good Pantry, a new zero-waste grocery bringing refillable, thoughtfully sourced everyday goods to Napa. Built around the idea that more sustainable habits should feel accessible rather than aspirational, Good Pantry reimagines the neighborhood grocery through a system designed to make shopping with less waste simple, intuitive, and inviting.
Custom typography, a natural color palette, and a flexible suite of brandmarks create a distinctive visual language without competing with the experience itself. Warm, straightforward, and subtly playful, the system gives Good Pantry a recognizable presence while leaving room for the products, people, and purpose of the store to take center stage.
BRANDING
Designed to work across a broad range of applications, the identity extends across Good Pantry’s physical and digital presence, from exterior signage and bulk-bin labels to silkscreened jars and bottles, washi tape, RFID tags, tote bags, social media, and the website. Each touchpoint balances utility with character while reinforcing the thoughtful, low-waste ethos behind the business.
The result is a brand that feels useful, welcoming, and intentionally unfussy. Rather than making sustainability the aesthetic, the identity quietly supports it, helping Good Pantry turn a different way of shopping into an easy and familiar part of everyday life.
