After successfully redesigning their Jacuzzi Family Vineyards portfolio, Cline Cellars once again partnered with the team to refresh the branding and packaging for their Ancient Vines wines. As passionate land stewards and preservationists, the Cline family has played a vital role in safeguarding California’s agricultural heritage amid increasing pressures of urban development. The redesign sought to better reflect the rich history of the family and the storied origins of their 100-year-old vines, replacing a more corporate aesthetic with a design steeped in authenticity.

The minimalist approach to the packaging is a direct nod to Henry’s story, with an abstract design that hints at the audacious acts that led to the creation of this wine. A custom neck band, with hand-wrought details, elevates the look—creating a package that’s both intriguing and refined, breaking conventions while exuding understated luxury.
